Job description

This role is responsible for the design and execution of weekly eDM campaigns, website content updates, social media creative, and digital asset development—supporting the visual expression of dusk across all digital touchpoints.

The Digital Designer will play an integral role in delivering visually compelling, on-brand creative that enhances the customer experience and supports key marketing and commercial objectives.

  • Design and build weekly eDM campaigns in line with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain and update website assets, including homepage banners, promotional tiles, and landing pages.
  • Develop static and motion assets for paid marketing and social platforms.
  • Work closely with the eCommerce, CRM and Marketing teams to ensure creative consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Optimise designs for performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Manage and organise creative assets for efficient workflow and version control.
  • Ensure all creative output is delivered on time, reflects dusk’s brand tone, seasonal direction, and project objectives.+D25:E25
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Proficient in Figma (experience working with and creating component libraries a bonus).
  • Proven ability to design and build eDMs and landing pages.
  • Familiarity with digital asset optimisation and file management best practices.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and designing for responsive, user-centric websites.
  • Experience concepting and executing motion graphics
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience
    working as part of an agaency or in-house
    marketing/e-commerce team
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Proactive communicator who can manage feedback and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys creative problem-solving.
  • Passionate about design and storytelling through digital channels.
  • Comfortable working hands-on from concept through to execution.
  • A strong eye for typography, layout, motion, and visual balance.
  • Passionate about design craft and storytelling through visual communication.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field.
