Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experienced Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with a proven track record of originating and closing loans.
  • Ability to originate residential (1st, 2nd, and combos) and commercial mortgage loans.
  • Strong communication and exceptional customer service skills in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Compliance-oriented and able to adhere to company policies and meet minimum production/quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Originate and close residential (1st, 2nd, and combos) and commercial mortgage loans for clients.
  • Generate loan opportunities through sales, marketing activities, and company leads; maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and investors.
  • Ensure all origination and business development activities comply with company policies and meet minimum production and quality standards.
  • Utilize supported technology (Online LOS, CRM) and participate in training; collaborate with processors to deliver timely loan closings.

Loan Originator partners are responsible for originating/generating residential (1st, 2nds, and combo's) and commercial mortgage loans for clients. Providing customized lending solutions to complete client short and long term goals and needs. Implement mortgage planning solutions. This position requires strong communication skills along with a willingness to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced team environment.

The mortgage originators will maintain minimum standards for production and quality. He/she is responsible to originate and close quality loan volume through sales and marketing activities. All origination and business development activities must be compliant and consistent with all company policies.

Payout outs up to 225 bps. Position is a 100% W2 commission employee position.
