We are looking for an Associate Manager – Ad Sales to join our growing team!

What will you do as an Associate Manager - Ad Sales :
  • Acquiring and maintaining business relationships with clients
  • Understanding client requirements and working on right solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and work towards acquiring the same
  • Maintain relationships and upsell existing accounts
  • Understand client requirements and work on the right solution with support from various teams
  • Resolve client issues with best solution, keeping the relationship healthy


  • What are we looking for :
  • 0–2 years of experience in Ad Sales, Media Sales, Digital Marketing, or a related role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of digital advertising concepts (CPM, CPC, CPA, impressions, CTR, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
