Discovery and Planning Phase:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and user expectations.
Advocate for a lean approach, driving principles such as formulating and testing assumptions, shipping often, and incorporating user feedback.
Gain client buy-in through effective use of written documents, user flow diagrams, wireframes, and design mockups.
Evaluate and propose best-in-class solutions, understanding the pros and cons of different approaches.

Development Phase
