Roles & Responsibilities

3–5 years FMCG experience (Pet, Infant, or Cosmetic preferred)
E-commerce management experience, JDDS experience preferred
Strong knowledge of JD terms and platforms (JD VC, JD Shangzhi, JD Shop system, etc.)
Data analysis or financial background with a proactive, result-driven mindset

Requirements:

Take charge of order and inventory management for the JD Direct Model, aiming for GSV targets and balanced inventory to drive sustainable growth
Coordinate with the JD procurement controller to monitor and improve all key indicators
Work with Finance/Logistics on statement checks, invoicing and adjustments as needed, ensuring timely payment collection from JDDS
Implement and support promotion-oriented marketing activities

Job Description:

Serve for JDDS, responsible for order processing, statement management and data support.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Serve for JD Ecosystem, responsible for order processing, statement management and data monitor.

1. Take charge of order and inventory management for JD Direct Model, ensure the achievement of GSV target and a balanced inventory to help businesses growth sustainably and stably.

2. Coordinate with JD procurement controller to effectively monitor and improve all the key indicators.

3. Work with Finance/Logistics partners on statement check, invoicing process, invoice adjustment (if needed), ensure payment collected successfully from JDDS.

4. Organize daily data to meet with daily sales & inventory report and other data support needs，and optimize data monitoring link to achieve early warning.

5. Implement and support promotion-oriented marketing activities

What are we looking for?

1. 3~5 years FMCG experience, Pet/Infant/Cosmetic will be preferred.

2. Be capable of e-commerce business management, JDDS related experience is preferred.

3. Good knowledge on JD terms and platforms, including but not limited to JD VC, JD Shangzhi, JD Shop system, etc.

4. Skillful buyer management and platform negotiation capability.

5. Data analysis or financial related background will be preferred.

6. Be proactive and driving for result.

7. Strategic thinking and learning agilities.
