About the role: This role will be working for our Mars Food Nutrition segment, where we bring people together through flavour.

Role Title: State Account Manager

Location: Field Based
Reporting to: National Account Manager - Foodservice

Covering the territory across Sydney Metro through to NSW North coast, you will be responsible for the sales and distribution of product lines with our Wholesale and End-User customers as well as to identify new sales and distribution opportunities.

You will be well supported to drive success on your territory and encouraged to maximize promotional activities to strengthen customer engagement, maximize your territory distribution and deliver the agreed speed to market of new lines.

Predominantly a customer facing role you will be a confident relationship driven individual with a strong desire to succeed and be highly motivated to achieve personal goals, set sales targets and demonstrate a resilience and adaptability to engage with change.

What you’ll do:

  • Increase sales and distribution of Mars Food product lines.

  • Achievement of a period and yearly set sales targets.

  • Maximize and support the effectiveness of both National and State based promotional activity.

  • Increase the distribution of new products to market.

  • Chase, unlock and develop new business opportunities
