Field Support Veterinarian- Virginia

At Encore Vet Group, we believe in supporting our practices from the ground up—with heart, hustle, and expert care. We’re currently seeking a Field Support Veterinarian to serve as a full or part-time, travel-based veterinarian across our hospitals in Virginia. 

What You’ll Do 
As a Field Support Veterinarian, you’ll provide hands-on veterinary care to Encore practices in your region as the practice need arises. This role is ideal for someone who loves variety, enjoys building relationships across multiple teams, wants flexible workdays, and thrives in a dynamic, travel-friendly position. 

You’ll step in as a trusted DVM when hospitals need coverage—due to vacations, leaves of absence, or transitions. You’ll be a trusted presence for locally led teams who are deeply grateful for your care and commitment while a teammate steps away to recharge or grow their family.
