Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is pleased to announce an opening for a Dutch Speaking Tier 1 Support Agent. This role is designed for individuals who have a passion for customer service and want to support our Dutch-speaking clients. As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries from Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues, providing effective solutions or escalating as necessary.
  • Communicate clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the support management system.
  • Assist customers in understanding product features and provide helpful tips to improve their overall experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a culture of service excellence and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on company offerings, industry changes, and service updates to provide informed support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first perspective.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with support ticketing systems and CRM tools is a bonus.
  • Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to customer service, demonstrating a genuine desire to assist clients.
