As a Dutch Speaking End User Support Specialist, you will assist Dutch-speaking clients by addressing their technical concerns and ensuring a seamless user experience.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality support to end users in Dutch through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
  • Provide user training and guidance on effectively using various applications and systems.
  • Accurately document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and suggest improvements to processes.
  • Ensure follow-up with users to confirm resolution of their issues and satisfaction with the support provided.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
