  • Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities based on client feedback and discussions.
  • Stay updated on product offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in customer support or a similar field is preferred.
