Roles & Responsibilities

Hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM configuration experience (HR / Global HR)
Proven experience configuring Actions, Action Reasons, Document Records, Common Lookups, Value Sets, Descriptive and Extensible Flexfields (DFFs/EITs)
Experience configuring Elements, Element Eligibility, Costing, Balance Definitions and Individual Compensation Plans
Experience implementing Personalizations (UI text changes and structure changes) and working with stakeholders

Requirements:

Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud configurations for HR/Global HR, including Actions, Lookups, DFFs/EITs, Elements, Eligibility, Costing, Balance Definitions, and Compensation Plans, plus Personalizations
Gather requirements from business stakeholders, translate into functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions
Validate configurations, develop and execute test scripts, coordinate end-to-end testing, and assist with data loading
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, security roles, user help articles, and provide knowledge transfer and post-go-live support
