Shift Information:

NOC shift (10:00 pm - 6:30am) 10 days a pay period, includes alternating weekends and holidays.

Job Description:

CNA performs resident functions in accordance to nursing home standards of practice under the direct supervision of the RN. Tasks include ADL assistance, answering call lights and requests, providing direct resident cares, documentation of work completed and additional duties as needed/assigned

Must have a current Wisconsin license.
