Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities/new leads to drive growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role. A minimum of 8 years in similar positions required.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
Experience in related service industries(hospitality/retail or other service sectors) is a plus .
Excellent communication,and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Fluency in English is a must.
Proficiency in Microsoft office
