Responsibilities:
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards the achievement of the branch targets.
Focus on the walk-in customers and tap into the banks database to promote banking products (Bancassurance) to the clients.
Conduct fact finding, need analysis for clients and ensure prompt advice and solutions are offered to clients.
Deliver best sales practice and provide excellent customer service.
Disciplined tracking of all sales activities

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, bachelors degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, masters degree in any field.
Open for banking/non-financial industry candidates.
Fresh Graduate are encouraging to apply.
Strong interest in financial planning and investment, and passionate about sales
Possess proven track sales record.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
