Job description

We are currently seeking a Lebanese Telecommunication Associate for a work-from-home position. As a Telecommunication Associate, your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming and outgoing calls for our clientele. You will follow a straight forward script provided during these phone calls to ensure consistency and quality of communication.

Requirements:

Fluent in English.
Access to a reliable internet connection, preferably 3G or above. Wifi is acceptable if it reaches a minimum of 6 Mbps or utilizes Fiber-optics.Shifts:

Night shift schedule available:

10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (8-hour shift) - 6$ per hour
12:00 PM to 6:00 AM (6-hour shift) - 5$ per hour
12:00 PM to 4:00 AM (4-hour shift) - 4$ per hour

Training:

A three-day training course will be provided to familiarize you with the program used for the job.

Work Schedule:

We offer flexibility regarding which days of the week you can work.
Option 1: Work 5 weekdays from Monday to Friday.
Option 2: Work 3 weekdays and the weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
