Roles & Responsibilities

  • Great educational background, preferably in computer science, business or engineering for technical project managers
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus

Job brief

We are seeking to hire a dedicated seasoned Project Manager responsible for planning and overseeing projects within an organisation, from the initial ideation through to completion. You shall manage organization of key client projects, coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives, with its HQ in Dubai, UAE.

The ability to recognize and manage risks that could affect the successful completion of projects is a crucial component of a project manager's job, who are needed on a wide variety of projects, construction, IT, HR, and marketing.

The position will be based in Beirut, Lebanon.

Responsibilities

  • Determining and defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
  • Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation both internal and third party.
  • Outlining and preparing a budget based on requirements, scope of work, and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.
  • Developing and managing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, work streams & activities.
  • Tracking project updates and providing regular reports to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Managing contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Utilizing industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
  • Monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science, business or engineering for technical project managers
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Excellent client-facing and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Mathematical and budgeting skills
  • Attention to detail and proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Good time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
  • Be an effective leader who is able to motivate their project team
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
