Our client a leading manufacturing company is looking for a Group Sales Director that will lead the sales team to achieve the group's sales targets and work closely with the CEO on strategic growth initiatives. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and managing key client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve annual sales and gross margin targets
  • Manage direct sales with multinational companies and key accounts
  • Train and develop the sales team on product knowledge and strategies
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and key clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and assess market potential
  • Prepare consolidated sales reports and action plans for all branches
  • Represent the CEO at industry events and conferences

Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree required; MBA preferred
  • 15+ years in people management, 10+ years in sales or technical product management, with 4 years in engineering
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities; proficiency in Arabic, English, and French
  • Proactive, autonomous, and dedicated to team development and continuous improvement
