Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in the Solar Energy industry selling via indirect channels such as authorized dealers and distributors
  • Experience negotiating and executing contracts
  • Valid driver's license and willingness/ability to travel; Native English proficiency

  • Assess partners' business and jointly develop strategies to incorporate and sell products and solutions, aiming to positively impact the partner's P&L
  • Drive revenue and market share at partner accounts including negotiating supply agreements, providing product training, assisting in co-marketing/demand generation campaigns, introducing new products, and managing day-to-day business issues
  • Manage a portfolio of installers/dealers/system integrators to achieve revenue and share objectives
  • Gather and report regional market and competitive intelligence to stay abreast of regional market situation, policy, customer, competitor, and supplier trends

Responsibilities

  • Assess the partners business and jointly develop successful strategies to incorporate and sell products and solutions in a way that positively impacts all aspects of the partners P&L.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline
  • 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in a Solar Energy industry selling via indirect channels such as authorized dealers and distributors.
  • Wide sales pipeline of local photovoltaic installers/dealers/system integrators.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, innovative strategic thinker with a passion for driving results, and a strong sense of personal accountability.
  • Experience negotiating and executing contracts.
  • Must have a valid drivers license; ability to travel.
  • Native speakers with proficient English skills.
