The Team believes that the growth towards high-performing teams starts with a very skilled scrum master, who continuously shows where the growth is. To be able to do this really well, you make things measurable. Not only to show the growth of your scrum team but also to show where the growth lies in collaboration with other teams.

As a Scrum Master, you find this crucial. You see opportunities everywhere to improve collaboration within and between different teams. You know how to strike the right balance between coach, mentor, and pioneer, while you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves yourself. You regularly come up with new ideas to create impact and get your colleagues enthusiastic about it. You know how to move team members to step outside their comfort zone. You are an inspiration for the teams and the organization, so an agile mindset becomes natural.

What do we expect from you?

1. As an experienced Scrum Master you help the teams to take the next steps in their Agile growth;
2. With your passion for Agile, your knowledge of the Scrum framework, and your people knowledge, you create an improvement culture in which your teams continue to develop in quality, effectiveness, and job satisfaction;
3. You bring in more than just that knowledge and experience; you move people to think in a different way so that they get the most out of themselves and demand that from their teammates.

Requirements and skills

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a scrum master of multiple teams;
• At least PSM2 scrum master certificate (scrum.org);
• SAFe and/or LeSS certification and proven experience;
• Coaching skills;
• Make teams deliver the most business value in both continuity and change;
• Solve impediments with your teams;
• Continuously improve the agile way of working.
• We would like to receive a motivation showing the required competencies.
