Roles & Responsibilities

  • At least 1 year of inside sales / customer engagement experience (outbound selling a plus)
  • Fluent in English and Norwegian
  • Excellent communication skills for meetings, cold calling, outbound emails and conversations

Requirements:

  • Serve as the first point of contact in the sales process and qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients via cold calls and emails (40-50 outbound calls per day) and set up meetings with Account Executives
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services while maintaining knowledge of products and processes
  • Follow turnaround times and quality standards; identify workflow inefficiencies and escalate issues when needed

Your job:

Do you have experience in a customer engagement environment? Do you have 1-year experience in outbound calling? Do you enjoy interacting with potential clients? Are you always aware and in tune with the latest social media and pop culture trends? Do you want to be part of an international team?

If yes, this job is for you! They are growing a multilingual team in the team to service their global social media platform client.

What will you be doing:

  • You'll be the first point of contact in the sales process;
  • Remain knowledgeable about the products and processes.
  • Interface effectively with potential clients.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails (make 40-50 outbound calls per day).
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives.
  • Make well-balanced decisions and be personally driven to be an effective advocate of the brand.
  • Follow the agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.
  • Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues to management.
  • Working from home is possible.

Your background:

  • At least 1 year experience in inside sales/customer engagement (outbound selling is a plus) Fluent in English /Norwegian;
  • An excellent communicator, with the ability to effectively convey their message in meetings as well as through cold calling, outbound calling, and mail conversations;
  • An emotionally intelligent networker, who gets energy from connecting to customers;
  • A proactive team player who thrives in cross-functional and fast-paced environments;
  • Problem solver, attention to detail, communicative, proactive with a strong work ethic plus a passion for ensuring a world-class user support experience;
  • Adaptable to learning new processes, concepts, and skills;
  • High affinity and cultural awareness of political/social situation regarding the relevant market/region supported;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills, and most importantly empathy;
  • Affinity to social media platforms and pop culture is a pre.
