UI Designer - Work from Home (must be residing in the Philippines)

Job Overview:

• Position: UI Designer

• Sector Advantage: Experience in a financial institution is advantageous, given familiarity with formal design and compliance requirements.
• Tool Proficiency: Knowledge of Figma is a plus.

Detailed Description: In this role, you will primarily focus on crafting exceptional UI designs. While journey thinking and stakeholder management skills are important, our main priority is top-notch UI design. If you have experience in a financial institution, it's an extra advantage because you're likely to be familiar with formal design standards and compliance requirements.

Proficiency with Figma, a leading design collaboration tool, is advantageous. We highly value a team player mentality. You should be open to feedback and view it as an opportunity for improvement. If some design rework is necessary, you'll embrace it with a positive attitude.

This is a work-from-home contract position for an initial six months, with the potential to transition to a regular employment status that includes benefits.
