In this role, you will lead end-to-end project execution—from planning and design to Go-Live support—while delivering day-to-day technical support for AS400 systems and managing EDI integrations. This position requires strong AS400 programming expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, client-focused mindset. Experience in the logistics industry is a plus.
Plan and initiate IT-related projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
Define the scope of work for each project to establish clear objectives and deliverables.
Lead the development and deployment phases, ensuring all technical requirements are met.
Create detailed schedules and monitor progress, making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
Provide support throughout the entire system development life cycle, including system design, development, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Go-Live activities.
Deliver daily IT support for AS400 systems, ensuring smooth operations and addressing user issues promptly.
At least 3 years of experience in customer project management, with consistent involvement from the design phase to Go-Live support.
Strong command of English at a business level, with excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills and mindset.
Preferred experience in the logistics industry.
Over 5 years of hands-on experience in AS400 programming, specifically with ILE and RPG.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with customer EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).
Experience with OpenText BizManager is an advantage.
