What You Will Do:

Were hiring a motivated and creative Social Media Specialist on behalf of a fast-growing client in the financial services/FinTech sector. In this role, you will help shape and grow the brands digital presence across the Thai market. You will:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies tailored for the Thai market.
  • Create and manage engaging content (text, images, video) across key social platforms on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Engage with the community by responding to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback on social channels.
  • Track and report on performance metrics, analyze results, and suggest improvements.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices in Thailand.
  • Assist in managing paid promotions, including setup, tracking, and performance analysis.

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar digital marketing role.
  • Strong working knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite) and analytics platforms.
  • A good eye for design and storytelling, with the ability to produce content that resonates.
  • Experience with paid social campaigns, including basic setup, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Experience in the financial services or FinTech industry is a strong plus.
