  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital SEO/SEM, content, social; traditional channels) targeted to Thailand
  • Create and localize high-quality content (blogs, videos, social updates) aligned with local language, culture, and compliance
  • Conduct market research and analytics to understand consumer behavior and competition; perform A/B testing to drive optimization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer service; manage relationships with local agencies/vendors; plan and measure events

What You Will Do
Campaign Management
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Lead digital efforts including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media

  • Leverage traditional marketing, events, and partnerships where relevant

Content Creation
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and locally relevant content such as blog posts, videos, and social media updates

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all content supports strategic goals

  • Ensure all content is tailored to local languages, cultures, and compliance standards

Market Research & Analysis
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer behavior, trends, and competitor activity

  • Use analytics and data tools to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement

  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to improve results

Localization & Adaptation
  • Adapt global marketing strategies to suit regional markets

  • Ensure all campaigns comply with local cultural, legal, and regulatory requirements

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned across the business

  • Manage relationships with local agencies, vendors, and partners to enhance campaign delivery

Event Management
  • Plan and coordinate events such as trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities

  • Ensure all events are aligned with brand objectives and measure their effectiveness

Performance Reporting
  • Develop dashboards to monitor key performance metrics and track ROI

  • Provide regular reports and insights to inform future strategy

Compliance & Regulatory Awareness
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the regulatory landscape within the Forex and Financial Services industry

  • Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with relevant laws and industry standards

What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus)

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing with a proven record of successful campaign execution

  • Experience in the Forex or Financial Services industry is highly preferred

  • Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian market, including cultural nuances and consumer behavior

  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, CRM, etc.)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one local language (Thai, Malay, or Vietnamese)

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights

  • Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience

  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills
