Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns
Lead digital efforts including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media
Leverage traditional marketing, events, and partnerships where relevant
Create high-quality, engaging, and locally relevant content such as blog posts, videos, and social media updates
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all content supports strategic goals
Ensure all content is tailored to local languages, cultures, and compliance standards
Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer behavior, trends, and competitor activity
Use analytics and data tools to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to improve results
Adapt global marketing strategies to suit regional markets
Ensure all campaigns comply with local cultural, legal, and regulatory requirements
Partner with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned across the business
Manage relationships with local agencies, vendors, and partners to enhance campaign delivery
Plan and coordinate events such as trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities
Ensure all events are aligned with brand objectives and measure their effectiveness
Develop dashboards to monitor key performance metrics and track ROI
Provide regular reports and insights to inform future strategy
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the regulatory landscape within the Forex and Financial Services industry
Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with relevant laws and industry standards
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus)
Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing with a proven record of successful campaign execution
Experience in the Forex or Financial Services industry is highly preferred
Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian market, including cultural nuances and consumer behavior
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, CRM, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one local language (Thai, Malay, or Vietnamese)
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience
Highly organized with excellent project management skills
