The Opportunity:
Are you an ambitious, target-driven individual looking to break into the lucrative world of recruitment or advance your business development career? We are seeking a Business Development Consultant to join us in an uncapped, commission-only role during the initial probation period, with an attractive path to a salaried position based on your performance.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads from companies in the UK that are actively hiring permanent or contract workers. With no limits on your earning potential, this role is ideal for those hungry for success and ready to seize control of their financial future.

Whats In It For You?

  • Uncapped Earnings Potential:
    During the probation period, youll earn 10-15% per successful placement, translating to anywhere from £300 to over £1,000 per placement. Top performers can expect to earn significantly more, with monthly earnings ranging into several thousand pounds based purely on your drive and ambition. The sky's the limit the more you put in, the more you get out.
  • Path to Salary & Commission:
    After the probation period, youll transition into a salaried position (PAYE), with commission earnings on top. Theres no cap on what you can earn, and your income grows as you build your client base and establish long-term relationships.
  • Full Support & Training Provided:
    We will provide you with everything you need to succeed, including training, a laptop, headset, and ongoing mentorship from industry professionals. Were invested in your success.
  • Covered Expenses:
    During your probation, food, drink, and certain business-related expenses will be covered, allowing you to focus entirely on growing your earnings.

Your Role:

Who Were Looking For:

  • Ambitious and results-driven, motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client relationships.
  • No prior experience in recruitment is necessary we provide full training. However, knowledge or interest in the construction, renewable energy, or building services industries is a plus.
  • Previous sales or business development experience is beneficial, but not essential.

Location:
Based in our office at 25 Wingate Road, Gosport, with opportunities for flexible remote working based on performance.
