Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates using various platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, and other job portals
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct interviews to assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, and experience
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment
• Meet placement targets and earn commissions based on successful hires

Requirements:

• Fluent spoken English
• Understanding of the American labor market
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, and other social media/job portals

Compensation:

• Commission-based: $500 per placement
• Potential to switch to a fixed + commission structure
