Job Requirements

• 2.5+ years proven experience in graphic design with a portfolio, experience assisting with social media preferred. 
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software. 
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design skills, and experience across print and digital formats. 
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding principles. 
• Knowledge of social media content creation, including formatting requirements for different platforms. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and clients. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

Core responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs for marketing materials, including logos, brochures, posters, and social media graphics. 
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project goals, target audiences, and brand messaging. 
• Translate ideas into visually compelling assets that align with brand identity and marketing objectives. 
• Create high-quality graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for both digital and print. 
• Design engaging digital content, including website elements, UI components, and multimedia assets like infographics and videos. 
• Assist with posting designed content on social media platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with marketing campaigns. 
• Manage multiple projects, incorporate feedback efficiently, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
