Job Description:

Remote Position. NO AGENCIES.

We’re seeking experienced FULL TIME Media Buyers. This isn't for beginners.

You will need to have a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and have experience working with coaches and consultants.

You will work closely with company executives and clients to plan, coordinate and execute effective Facebook/Instagram advertising campaigns.

In this role, you will:

Be a proactive advertiser and not just a button pusher. Proactively seek out strategies to get better & better results for clients.

This will require critical thinking and the ability to make calculated decisions on your own.

Report multiple times daily to the Agency Director and your clients on the progress of all tasks.

Continually develop your skills and learn best practices in paid media advertising and digital marketing.

Applicant Requirements:

- Must NOT be an agency.

- 5+ years of FACEBOOK paid advertising experience.

- Mandatory to have current experience with large advertisement budgets ranging from $100/day to $5,000/day ad spend.

- Ability to think for yourself and make adjustments without being told.

- A keen eye for detail and "knowing what the people want to see"

Excellent grammar and an eye for errors in text.

- Confident, assertive, results-driven, self-starter, and able to self-manage and interact with a marketing team.

- Professionalism when communicating with clients.

- A welcoming workspace because you'll shoot Looms and have Zoom calls multiple times a day.

- Ability to listen and ask perceptive questions that ensure understanding of core issues, business strategy, and vision.

- Ability to work as a team and take constructive criticism.

Desirables:

Experience as an online business owner or solopreneur

Experience with online business coaching/consulting

Experience with high-ticket coaching programs

Experience with GoHighLevel

Experience with ManyChat Messenger automation
