The Role: Messenger/Setter

As a Messenger/Setter, you’ll be a critical part of our communication and sales funnel, engaging directly with potential clients, building trust, and supporting our messaging team to increase efficiency and connection. You'll provide an exceptional first impression on behalf of our customers by messaging leads in our social media platforms and CRM software. You will provide an extensive knowledge about our services, and identify consumer wants and needs.

Hours:

First 30 days:

30-40 setting hours/week, primarily Mon-Fri

Weekend hours negotiable

Target: .5-.7 apps per hour

Beyond 30 days:

30-40 setting hours/week

Target: >.71 apps per hour

DM sales opportunities available (rate negotiable)

ONE ON ONE PROGRAM - work directly with Andrea and a nutritionist or registered dietitian:

$5400k for 90 days of customized programming and support ($4800 PIF)

GROUP PROGRAM - personalized support is given at weekly office hours:

$2497 for 90 days of customized programming and support ($1997 PIF)

Setter Compensation Structure:

$15/hr to start with opportunity for increase

Messaging Commision: tiered commission structure for call bookings that convert via sales team

DM Sales Commission (3%-7% based on product sold)
