Whether you thrive in crafting narrative-driven YouTube videos, snappy social edits, or repurposing content for multiple platforms, this role gives you the opportunity to work on impactful, high-quality video content that spans education, entertainment, and brand storytelling.
This is perfect for someone who’s equal parts craftsman and collaborator—you take initiative, know how to own a timeline, and care deeply about elevating the viewer experience.

- Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized, scroll-stopping videos
- Add captions, jump cuts, sound effects, and music to increase watch time and engagement
✅ Who You Are
- 3–5+ years of professional video editing experience (agency, brand, or freelance)
- Skilled in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, sound design, and audience retention
- Able to work with existing assets and rough scripts—or take initiative on creative decisions
- Highly organized with experience managing editing timelines, version control, and project files
- Comfortable with feedback and fast turnarounds
- 🏅 Bonus: Experience with motion graphics using tools like After Effects or Illustrator
📩 How to Apply
Please submit:
- ✅ Your updated resume
- ✅ A 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and your editing strengths
- ✅ A portfolio or showreel that includes:
- At least two links to your best long-form project (YouTube, interviews, explainers, etc.)
- At least two links to your best short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
- Bonus: Any motion graphics or branded content work
Only candidates who submit a Loom video and Portfolio will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.
