Roles & Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience selling into enterprise or mid-market accounts in the US
  • Direct experience selling into US Senior Living and/or post-acute care (Senior Living, AL/IL, SNF, PT/rehab) with an existing network of leaders
  • Independent, proactive self-starter who can operate without heavy structure; excellent communication skills and strong business acumen
  • Startup experience is a strong advantage

Requirements:

  • Prospect and engage key decision-makers across the US healthcare market with a strong focus on Senior Living, including Assisted/Independent Living, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and Outpatient Physical Therapy/Rehabilitation providers, owning the full sales cycle from outbound to close
  • Build and manage pipeline using proactive outbound, nurture inbound opportunities with SDR support, and develop strategic account plans to grow key logos and multi-site operators
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Science to execute US GTM strategies and maintain accurate CRM data with reliable revenue forecasts
  • Leverage existing Senior Living and post-acute care networks to generate referrals and close high-value opportunities, while providing market feedback to inform product and messaging

Description

We’re looking for a self-driven, entrepreneurial Account Executive to own revenue in the US market with a particular focus on Senior Living. You’ll introduce the next wave of health & movement technology into healthcare organizations, leveraging both our internal resources and your own network to build and close high-value opportunities. This role is for someone who builds pipeline, opens doors, and closes deals - independently.



Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage key decision-makers across the US healthcare market, with a strong focus on:
  • Senior Living & Assisted / Independent Living communities
  • Skilled Nursing Facilities
  • Outpatient Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation providers
  • Own the full sales cycle: outbound → discovery → demo → negotiation → close
  • Leverage your existing network in Senior Living and post-acute care to generate referrals, warm introductions, and net-new opportunities
  • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Science to execute US GTM strategies
  • Build and manage pipeline: Use proactive outbound (email, LinkedIn, events, conferences) to open new doors & Partner with Marketing and our SDR to convert inbound interest and nurture it through the funnel
  • Develop strategic account & partnership plans to grow key logos and multi-site operators
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and deliver reliable revenue forecasts
  • Provide feedback from the US market to influence product and messaging



Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience selling into enterprise or mid-market accounts
  • Direct experience selling into US Senior Living and/or post-acute care (Senior Living, AL/IL, SNF, PT/rehab)
  • Existing network of Senior Living and/or post-acute leaders (operators, regional leaders, corporate decision-makers) that you can immediately tap to generate conversations and referrals
  • Independent, proactive, and comfortable operating without heavy structure
  • Excellent communication skills and strong business acumen
  • Startup experience - a strong advantage
