3+ years of hands-on experience with Veeva CRM configuration and Salesforce integration, including Documents, Objects, Object Lifecycles, Document Lifecycle, Workflows, and Apex.
Strong knowledge of Life Sciences (Pharma) data models and CRM data modeling; experience with REST API, data loaders, and multichannel integrations.
Veeva CRM Certified and Salesforce Developer/Administrator certification; ITIL foundational concepts; SDLC and DevOps methodologies.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments and in creating/maintaining reports and dashboards; application administration.
Requirements:
Configure and customize Veeva CRM (Document Types, Objects, Object Lifecycles, Document Lifecycle, Workflows) and develop Apex as needed.
Manage integrations with external CRM applications using REST APIs, data loaders, and multichannel channels; ensure data integrity and performance.
Administer Veeva CRM/Salesforce environments, enforce ITIL-aligned incident/problem/change/configuration management, and uphold design quality and DevOps standards.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards; participate in agile delivery; collaborate with stakeholders and support Veeva Align/Vault (optional).

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related technical/business area
Experience working with a Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health or Medical Device organization
Veeva or Salesforce.com certification and minimum 3-5 years of Experience
Deep hands-on understanding of all aspects of the Veeva CRM platform configuration & customization incl. access, flows, APEX, LWC, events
Experience working in an agile delivery environment
