5+ years of superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor
OSHA 30-hour certification
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred project experience on schools, recreation centers, libraries, and assisted living facilities
Requirements:
Develop, implement, and enforce safety programs and protocols on commercial construction sites.
Read, interpret drawings, contracts and insurance documents to advise field operations and make recommendations.
Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to promote safety, conduct training, and manage incident investigations.
Monitor adherence to safety standards and drive continuous improvement in site safety performance.

Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000/annually with up to 10% in an annual discretionary bonus
