5+ years of commercial general construction experience working on projects ranging 20M+ in size
Highly prefer someone that has worked on schools, rec centers, libraries, assisted living and has that project experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent
30-hour OSHA certification
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels
Proven organizational and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to read, understand and interpret drawings, contract/insurance documents and forms, and make appropriate recommendations to field operations team
Negotiation skills with ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: $100,000-$125,000/annually with up to 10% in an annual discretionary bonus
