  • Substantial hands-on execution and management experience in ABM, paid search, paid social, display marketing and SEO; excellent communication and ability to work with C-Suite and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Lead the digital marketing team, optimize resource and budget utilization, and drive demand generation KPIs; lead account-based strategy from a digital perspective to enable sales and marketing to leverage intent-based information
  • Oversee planning and hands-on execution of digital marketing campaigns across paid advertising platforms (6Sense, Google, LinkedIn, and others) and 3rd party providers
  • Manage and collaboratively maintain website properties to increase qualified traffic from paid channels and integrated campaigns; track, optimize, and report on website analytics; lead SEO optimization efforts
  • Develop and improve digital attribution models to demonstrate business impact and ROI; analyze program effectiveness and provide optimization recommendations; ensure timely execution of project deliverables and cross-functional support as needed

Job description

Exterro is looking for a strategic Digital Marketing Manager to own the success of our digital marketing function, with a primary focus on our Paid Advertising Campaigns and public-facing websites. 

Reporting to the VP of Global Growth Marketing, you will be initially responsible for 3 direct reports and will lead the digital marketing team to achieve our demand generation KPIs, support our ABM and growth initiatives, manage and maintain our website properties, and seamlessly collaborate cross-functionally.

 

Key Responsibilities:·

  • Lead the digital marketing team and ensure effective utilization of resources and budget.
  • Lead our account-based strategy from a digital perspective, enabling sales and marketing to leverage intent-based information to grow demand and opportunities
  • Oversee planning and hands-on execution of digital marketing campaigns across our paid advertising platforms (incl. 6Sense, Google, LinkedIn etc.) as well as 3rd party providers.
  • Manage and collaboratively maintain our website properties - increasing qualified traffic via paid channels and integrated campaigns, tracking, optimizing and reporting on website analytics.
  • Establish, manage and grow our SEO optimization efforts.
  • Manage and improve our digital attribution models to demonstrate business impact and ROI.
  • Support other marketing teams and business functions to provide digital support and coverage as and when needed.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of programs to develop optimization recommendations.
  • Ensure timely execution of project deliverables; effectively oversee project milestones, resources, and priorities

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of professional work experience, with demonstrable experience managing successful digital marketing teams and budgets.
  • Proficient in using various digital and web technologies (i.e. Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, 6Sense, Google Adwords, SEM Rush, WebFlow, and similar tools), have solid data analysis skills (i.e. SFDC, Google Analytics, Excel), and maintain a positive and proactive approach to growing our efforts.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening), comfortable working with all levels of stakeholders (C-Suite down).
  • This role requires you to be super organized, have strong commercial acumen, maintain close attention to details, and incorporate data driven approaches and methodologies.
  • Ability to establish priorities and new strategies, work independently as well as effectively leading a team, and be comfortable operating within a fast-paced and high-growth organization.
  • Substantial hands-on execution and management experience in ABM, paid search, paid social, display marketing and SEO.
  • This role will sit in Eastern time zone

As a remote first organization, our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary range for this remote position is $95,000-$135,000 per year, based on skills, experience and qualifications. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Exterro is a total compensation company, and this role may be eligible for variable pay, equity, bonus and/or other forms of compensation as part of the package. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, flexible paid time off and more.
