  • Ability to set up and configure back-end environments for application deployment both on-site and in the cloud; prepare/verify installation packages and deployments at client sites.
  • Excellent English communication, service-oriented mindset; experience in telecom solutions is advantageous.

Job description

Position: L2 Integration Support Engineer

We are looking for Integration & Support Engineer-Level2 to come and join us. With offices in Bangkok, Dubai, Lagos and people working remotely from around the world, you will be part of a multi-skilled team responsible of projects and change requests delivery.

Job Responsibilities

  • Integrate Mobile-Technologies products with our customers system and other third parties.
  • Perform deployments in various environments including production servers.
  • Provide technical support to application and manage tickets. Report, track and ensure support calls resolution.
  • Pro-actively look for improvements: new technologies implementation, process enhancement. Collaborate with development and test teams on issues and feedback on improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Have strong knowledge in system (UNIX/LINUX), database (Oracle/Postgres preferably), systems/network administration and support
  • Be fairly knowledgeable about cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure etc) and CI/CD practices
  • Can setup and configure back-end environment for application deployment both on on-site hardware and in Cloud.
  • Can prepare and verify installation packages and deploy applications at client sites including internal test sites and development sites.
  • Can conduct system configuration for security, performance and availability.
  • Can perform system integration tests and liaise with customer to conduct acceptance test.
  • Can implement automation tools and scripts. Also help team to build and utilize automated deployments through CI/CD practices.
  • Can identify, investigate, analyze and resolve support issues in a timely manner.
  • Can participate in hotline shift program (extra remuneration provided) to ensure 24/7 support.
  • Can generate reports on application and issues.
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Fast learner and ability to quickly find solution. Must be service oriented.
  • Experience in telecom solutions
