Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced KMC contractor to join our People Team. This role will support our Sunnyvale-based team in various capacities, including recruiting coordination, sourcing, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) transition, and human resources (HR) help desk support. The ideal candidate will have experience in at least three of these functional areas and be able to work effectively in a remote setting.

  • Recruiting Coordination:
    • Schedule candidates for interviews, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align interviewer and candidate schedules.
    • Ensure a smooth and efficient interview process for all parties involved.
  • Recruiting Sourcing:
    • Identify potential candidates for Illumio recruiters to consider.
    • Utilize various sourcing techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • ATS Transition Support:
    • Assist in the administrative transition from Greenhouse ATS to Ashby ATS.
    • Migrate data, transition and audit processes, build reports and dashboards in Ashby.
    • Develop training materials for recruiters and hiring managers on the new ATS.
  • ServiceNow HR Help Desk Support:
    • Support the introduction of the ServiceNow (SNOW) HR help desk tool.
    • Support the setup of Help Desk processes, write and organize knowledge articles.
    • Support the build of the internal intranet page for SNOW.
    • Serve as a Tier 1 HR help desk support team member, addressing employee inquiries and issues.
    • Support employee lifecycle, benefits and compliance audits.
    • Support other People Operations admin projects as needed.
  • Proven experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, ATS transition, and/or HR help desk support.
  • Successful track record in completing operational projects
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse and Ashby ATS, as well as ServiceNow HR help desk tool, is a plus.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR or recruiting roles.
