Roles & Responsibilities

  • 3+ years of experience implementing UKG Ready (Kronos) in HR, Payroll, or Time & Labor modules
  • Strong functional knowledge of HR processes, payroll configuration, and time management
  • Experience leading requirements gathering, solution design, and data migration efforts
  • Excellent client-facing communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills

Requirements:

  • Lead and deliver UKG Ready implementation projects across HR, Payroll, and TLM domains
  • Configure and optimize UKG Ready modules to meet client requirements, including data mapping and integrations
  • Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, create functional designs, and support go-live activities
  • Provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams
