Job description

Job responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Configuration and development of ServiceNow for Moch.IT customers
  • Administration of our customers ServiceNow instances
  • Collecting, describing and specifying functional requirements
  • Preparation of projects documentation
  • Taking part in trainings
  • Sharing experience with new team members

We require:

  • Working experience in ServiceNow
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Knowledge of web services: SOAP, REST will be a plus
  • Good knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Working experience in Agile Project environment
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Teamwork and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Fast learning

We appreciate:

  • Certification in ServiceNow product Administration, Implementation and Development
  • Knowledge of AngularJS, Ajax
  • ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate

Technical Certifications in related technologies
