Role Overview:

We are seeking a Virtual Medical Assistant specializing in Data Entry to support our client, a Cardiologist/Surgeon, operating in the Mountain Time zone. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient data entry processes, contributing to the smooth functioning of the medical practice.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in data entry, preferably in US healthcare setting.
  2. Experience with Data entry and auditing of the rest of the team work.
  3. Experience with Reviewing referrals, logging into hospital portals to get records for the next day patients, renaming records, attaching records, etc.
  4. Experience with Double checking incoming referrals.
  5. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  6. Ability to work effectively in the Mountain Time zone to align with client schedules.
