Job Requirements:

  • 2.5+ years proven experience in marketing, ideally in an agency setting. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and effectively communicate ideas.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or HubSpot. 
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles, with a demonstrated willingness to learn and develop skills in email marketing, lead generation, and campaign management. 
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude, adaptable nature, and willingness to contribute to shared goals. 
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems creatively while adhering to deadlines and guidelines.

Core responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on email marketing and lead generation. 
  • Coordinate campaign logistics, including scheduling, content creation, asset management, and distribution, ensuring timely delivery. 
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for optimization and improvement.
  • Create and curate content for email campaigns, newsletters, blog posts, and promotional materials, aligning with brand guidelines. 
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences that inform strategy. 
  • Support the management of digital channels, including email marketing, website updates, and social media, to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for marketing activities, including managing calendars, tracking budgets, and organizing events or promotional activities.
