Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Cold Calling Professional to join our team on a half-day basis, with a competitive monthly salary of R13,500 for 4 hours flat out work per day is an excellent plus, seeing as though you have the rest of your day to do as you please. If you are a driven individual with a proven track record in high-volume cold calling, especially within the finance sector, this is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills. The successful candidate will have exceptional English communication skills and strong business acumen.

Responsibilities:

• Make 100+ cold calls per day to identify and generate potential leads.
• Present our client's offerings clearly and persuasively, converting leads into engaged prospects.
• Collaborate closely with the team to refine outreach strategy and align with business goals.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in cold calling, ideally in the finance sector.
• Fluent, impeccable English communication skills.
• Excellent business acumen with a strong understanding of client needs and market trends.
• Goal-oriented and resilient, with the tenacity to make high-volume calls daily.

Interview Process:
This role includes a 3-day paid interview phase, where shortlisted candidates will conduct live calls to demonstrate their skills. This immersive process ensures a great fit for both the candidate and our team. Successful candidates will be offered a permanent half day position with a 3-month probation period,
