Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:

Design, development, customization, and configuration of ServiceNow applications and modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog).
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Create and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to automate processes.
Conduct unit testing, support system testing and deployment activities, and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations and processes.

Role Overview

As a ServiceNow Developer at Scalepex, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with our clients' business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
