Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is delighted to open applications for the position of Norwegian Speaking Enterprise Client Consultant in our enthusiastic office in Greece. This role is crucial for supporting our enterprise clients who speak Norwegian, enabling them to achieve their business ambitions through insightful consultation and tailored solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will help clients navigate industry challenges and capitalize on growth opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for Norwegian-speaking enterprise clients, managing their inquiries and service requests.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of clients' businesses to provide personalized and effective solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive consultations to develop strategies that align with clients' goals and aspirations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions and client satisfaction.
  • Forge and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing support and trust.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Assist clients in resolving challenges and enhancing their overall experience with our services.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in a client relationship management role, particularly with enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of business solutions and consulting practices.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, emphasizing relationship-building.
  • Self-motivated with effective organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
