Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is pleased to announce an opportunity for a Norwegian Speaking Client Relations Specialist. This position is well-suited for individuals who thrive on building lasting relationships and providing exceptional support to Norwegian-speaking clients in a vibrant and supportive work setting.


Responsibilities

  • Engage with Norwegian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to foster positive relationships.
  • Handle inquiries about products and services, offering personalized assistance to meet client needs.
  • Efficiently resolve client issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction and build loyalty.
  • Accurately log all client interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery and client relationship strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on understanding client needs.
  • Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends to effectively inform clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in client relations, customer support, or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities focused on client satisfaction.
  • Adept at multitasking and prioritizing effectively in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • A genuine passion for fostering relationships and delivering exceptional service to clients.
