You will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our Italian-speaking customers, addressing their needs and inquiries with expertise and care.


Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding support to Italian-speaking customers through email, chat, and phone inquiries.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support or e-commerce roles is highly desirable.
