Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-quality support to Danish-speaking customers through remote communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot a broad range of technical issues involving software, hardware, and applications.
  • Offer precise guidance and solutions to customers while walking them through troubleshooting processes.
  • Document all support interactions accurately, maintaining comprehensive records in the support management system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, with strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
