  • Provide outstanding support to Spanish-speaking customers via live chat, ensuring prompt and courteous assistance.
  • Address questions related to gaming accounts, promotions, and technical issues with efficiency.
  • Educate customers about new games, features, and current promotional offers.
  • Accurately log customer interactions in the CRM system for record-keeping and follow-ups.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance team performance and customer experiences.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve service delivery.
  • Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and company offerings to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or gaming support is an advantage.
  • A strong interest and passion for online gaming and familiarity with gaming platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Proficiency in live chat software and knowledge of CRM systems.
