This role is perfect for individuals with a strong background in software implementation and a desire to help Spanish-speaking clients effectively integrate new technology into their operations.

  • Lead the implementation of software solutions for Spanish-speaking clients, guiding them through each phase of the process.
  • Conduct needs assessments to tailor the software solutions to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Provide training and support to clients on software functionalities, ensuring they effectively utilize the system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues efficiently.
  • Document all implementation processes and client interactions accurately for future reference in our CRM system.
  • Gather feedback from clients post-implementation to identify areas for improvement and enhance user experience.
  • Stay updated on software updates and industry trends to provide clients with the best possible service.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and oral, is essential.
  • Proven experience in software implementation or project management is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical skills and an understanding of software functionality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Ability to provide training and support in a clear and engaging manner.
