Job description

We are excited to present an opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Service Desk Analyst at Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR. In this essential role, you will provide outstanding support to our Spanish-speaking clients, addressing their technical challenges with professionalism and efficiency. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless user experience while handling a variety of IT service requests.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, managing support requests through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and IT services promptly.
  • Maintain accurate logs of support interactions, including issue details, resolutions, and follow-ups.
  • Educate clients on product features and guide them through troubleshooting steps.
  • Coordinate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure clients are satisfied with the services provided.
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies and products to deliver knowledgeable support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a service desk or technical support role is preferred.
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage client inquiries effectively.
  • Strong focus on customer care and satisfaction.
  • Experience with service desk tools and IT management software is advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
